The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in our Specialist Resource Base. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the academy, contributing to an environment where every pupil can thrive.
About You - Relevant experience of working with Autistic children.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
This role will be based within our specialist provision and you will need to have experience of working with Autistic children.
Key Role Requirements: - Speech and Language qualification i.e. ELKLAN
- Experience of therapeutic interventions i.e. Lego Therapy, ELSA
- Training/experience/knowledge of 'Good Autism Practice'
- Training in areas focussed on Trauma and Attachment
