United Kingdom Salary: NJC SCP 3-8 £24,796.00 - £26,824.00, Actual Salary £4,303.94 - £4,655.95+ well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Hours: 7.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Contract: Fixed Term until August 2027 Start date: September 2026 Lift Four Dwellings Primary, part of Lift Schools, is seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our committed and supportive team. About the Role As a Midday Supervisor, you will help ensure pupils have a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will supervise pupils during lunch and breaktimes in the dining hall, playground and other areas across the school site, promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils' wellbeing.
This role is vital in supporting our pupils and contributes to Lift Schools' mission that every child receives an excellent education in every classroom, every day.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: - Supervise pupils during lunchtime and breaktimes
- Support positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
- Ensure pupils remain safe in dining and play areas
- Respond calmly to incidents and report concerns appropriately
- Support lunchtime activities and positive play
- Work closely with school staff to maintain a safe environment
What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: - Enjoys working with children and young people
- Can remain calm and use initiative in complicated situations
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrates patience, empathy and a positive attitude
- Has experience supervising children or young people (desirable)
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
