As a key member of our Adaptive Provision leadership team, you will play a vital role in leading our interventions provision, supporting students to overcome barriers and thrive both academically and personally. You will have the opportunity to shape provisions, work closely with colleagues, and positively impact outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and highly professional, with the drive to go above and beyond for students.
The successful candidate will be a strong role model, able to build positive relationships, maintain high expectations, and champion inclusive practice across the school.
