United Kingdom MPR/UPR + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (TPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Full Time, Fixed term until 31st August 2027 September 2026 Start We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Primary Teacher to join Lift Clacton as our Transition Teacher, supporting pupils as they move from Year 6 into secondary school.
This is not a traditional secondary teaching role. Instead, You will bring the strengths of primary practice into our Year 7 provision, helping pupils build confidence, close learning gaps, strengthen literacy and numeracy, develop positive learning habits and successfully navigate the transition into secondary education.
Working closely with the Principal, SENDCo, pastoral teams and feeder primary schools, you will provide targeted teaching and support to pupils who need it most, ensuring they feel known, supported and ready to succeed from day one.
