Caterham School is seeking reliable and friendly occasional events staff to support the smooth running of weekend and ad-hoc events hosted by external hirers. This is a flexible, casual role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with the public.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and manage vehicle parking safely and efficiently
- Act as an event steward, providing guidance and assistance to visitors
- Monitor access points and ensure site safety and security
- Offer a welcoming and professional presence at all times
- Support event organisers as needed to ensure a smooth experience
ABOUT YOU
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with the public
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous stewarding or event experience is desirable but not essential
£10 - £15 per hour (including holiday pay)
