Why This Role Matters
As our School Business Manager, you will hold ownership of our professional systems, resources, and operational strategy across our 293-pupil site and Robin Pre-school. Working alongside the Headteacher, you will directly support the delivery of our school improvement plan ahead of our next Ofsted inspection. Strategic capability to manage budgets, site operations, and compliance with precision.
Strong communication skills to lead external marketing, manage social media channels, and connect with local stakeholders.
The ability to lead administrative personnel while working collaboratively with senior leadership.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset aligned with a culture of continuous improvement.

The "Why Us" Difference

Strategic Operational Agency: You will have real autonomy to refine business systems, modernise our community outreach, and influence overall school direction.
A Grounded, Established Ethos: Work in a large, inclusive primary environment that supports learning from ages 2 through 11 on a single, well-resourced site.
Workload-Sensitive Practice: We focus strictly on impactful, evidence-informed operations rather than performative administration.
