Upwell Academy is a vibrant, values-led primary school where every child is empowered to succeed. Guided by our core values of Empower, Motivate, Achieve and Transform, we have created a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and able to thrive.

Our school is built on strong relationships, high expectations and a genuine commitment to ensuring every child feels they belong. We are proud of the positive culture we have created, where pupils are known, supported and encouraged to achieve their very best. Our staff work collaboratively to remove barriers to learning, helping children develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning.

Attendance, wellbeing and inclusion are central to our work. We work closely with families and external agencies to ensure children receive the support they need to engage successfully in education.
