The Summer School Matron plays a vital role in supporting the emotional, physical, and pastoral welfare of all boarding students (aged 11-17) during Caterham School's Summer School.
This position ensures that students feel safe, supported, and cared for, and that any wellbeing issues are addressed promptly and professionally. The role supports the HSM/AHSM and provides visible welfare leadership across lessons, activities, trips and residential routine.
Contract/Hours: Fixed-term, 24 hours per week
Location: Caterham School, Surrey
Reports to: Housemaster/Housemistress (HSM) & Summer Schools Manager
Renumeration: £15.93 per hour
